TRACK ALMOST FINISHED
« on: September 22, 2011, 05:22:01 pm »
Graham and I managed to move the track from Albanchez to Cabrera today with loads of help from Matt known as Metal Matt of  "F S Fabrications" as advertised on our website.

It took most of the day, as part of the track was in a garage/shed and we had to find someone to help us locate where it was on the edge of the village.

All hands to the pumps to construct including the extra straights we made but could not fit due to venue restrictions, giving 120 feet of track. It could take a few weeks, depending on the help from the members but we will have racing for the winter.

It should be very fast in the future.  :'( ;D   ::)

Track is finally connected and lined up. Just needs some TLC (and a bit of filler!) and electrical connections made to be completed.

Opening soon   ;D   8)

Electrics finished.

Just final levelling up of track and edging going on to complete track.

Then a run through of the track timing equipment.   UGH !

Then   YIPPEE.
